Pricing FAQ

What counts as one org?
One Salesforce production org. Sandboxes are included with every paid plan at no extra charge. If you're managing multiple production orgs, OrgGuard Max supports multi-org visibility; for 10+ orgs, talk to us about Enterprise pricing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Toggle to "Annual" above to see annual pricing. You'll save 15% versus paying monthly. Annual is invoiced upfront via ACH or wire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a Free tier?
Yes. OrgGuard Free is a permanent free tier on AppExchange: no time limit, no credit card. It includes inventory visibility across all 9 discovery types, coverage summary, CSV export, and one manual scan per 7 days. Upgrade to Pro when you need the policy engine, notifications, dependency detail views, daily scans, and scheduled job health monitoring. The founding-customer offer locks in your founding rate for 24 months, the lowest paid entry point we offer.
Does OrgGuard make external calls or send data outside my org?
Your business data stays in your Salesforce tenant. Asset data, configuration, findings, dependency mappings, and audit logs never leave your org. OrgGuard uses Salesforce's License Management App (LMA) for license and tier management, a Salesforce-managed platform feature that synchronizes only license metadata (org ID, org name, package version, tier, active user count, install/uninstall events, license expiration). The exact field list is enumerated on our Trust & Privacy page.
Can I edit my license tier in my org?
No. License tier is managed by Aetrum via LMA and synchronized to your org as a read-only feature parameter. OrgGuard's code does not modify license state. This protects both you (no accidental tier changes) and Aetrum (no self-elevation by Free tier users). See Trust & Privacy for details.
What about AI features?
AI features are planned for the Max tier only and will require explicit admin opt-in. They will send only the finding metadata needed for the AI to generate an explanation. They will be off by default and clearly disclosed. Free, Pro, and Pro+ customers will never have AI features auto-enabled. See our roadmap.
Is the founding price really locked for 24 months?
Yes. Your founding price is locked for 24 months from signup. No annual step-ups, no renegotiation, no surprise increases during the term. Future customers pay the standard Pro rate ($499/mo or $5,090/yr). Cancel anytime.
Is my Salesforce data sent outside my org?
No. OrgGuard runs entirely inside your Salesforce org with zero third-party callouts. All processing happens in-tenant. No secrets are stored, no metadata leaves your org.
What Salesforce editions are supported?
Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions. Essentials is supported with limited functionality (the Tooling API used for some discovery is restricted on Essentials).
